Our products are shipped directly from our manufacturing partners overseas. This allows us to offer competitive pricing and high-quality products.

3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States & Canada: 7–15 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high demand, logistics constraints, or customs processing.

4. Shipping Costs & Taxes
Shipping costs, taxes, and duties are included in the product price. In most cases, no additional fees will be charged upon delivery.

5. Customs & Import Duties
While we take care of most import-related costs, customers are responsible for any unexpected customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may be applied by local authorities.

6. Tracking Information
Tracking details are provided once your order has shipped. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

7. Delivery Delays & Responsibility
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier disruptions or logistical issues
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days after shipment, please contact us and we will review your case.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers are encouraged to ensure a secure delivery location.

9. Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details. Orders returned or lost due to incorrect information may not be eligible for a refund.
